This is our Precious little Mighty. He has brought so much into our lives . We are so in love !  He is such a playful puppy but loves to cuddle too. ❤️

Our beautiful Bear(Romeo) is playful, loving, and everything we could have asked for, we’re so happy to have found Precious Gems.

We could not be happier with our newest family members….. Yoni(Charming) and Lola(Juliet) from Joy and Beck’s litter in 2019 along with Arie(Candy) from Joy and Beck’s litter in 2020 

It has been a joy to have Oliver( Prince). He is playful and very happy. He is very smart and loves his home .

Neptune is doing great ! He has discovered that if he pretends he has something in his mouth My mom and I run around the house chasing him , so he likes to do this a lot . I was expecting to be up a lot at night but I was pleasantly surprised at how Neptune would sleep soundly through the night . He only washes if I move to much or the other dogs bark. Neptune and the cat like to play endless games of tag ( the cat is not always happy to participate in ) and often includes my moms dog.

     Finding Treasa Chandler changed my life. It was incredibly daunting of a task to find a breeder online during the pandemic. Originally, I wanted to adopt and rescue a dog. We have always rescued dogs and cats. However, I wanted a pet that would be child and dog and cat friendly. Many of the animals that I was looking at at rescues were not suitable for our family. After months of searching and weeks of my 10 year old crying about unsuccessful adoptions , I found Precious Gems. I loved that the website was professional, she had a Facebook page and they were AKC registered so that I knew this was not a scam. Treasa was so kind, professional and understanding and letting me pay and methods that felt comfortable for me, she sent weekly updates and patiently answered all my questions furthermore, she made sure that both the dog being placed and I would benefit mutually. To this day I don’t know if I was more of a gift to Finnegan or if he was more of  a gift to me. I have owned several pets, however,I have never felt so strongly attached to an animal. Finnegan is magic, I have never met a dog like him. Everyone that he meets remarks about his levels of friendliness and trust, he has never once growled or snapped at a human, he has been extremely easy to socialize with unfamiliar dogs. I cannot wait to bring home Joy, his mother. Chihuahuas are extremely loyal and fun family pets, like any dog, they have traits that can be a challenge. Precious Gems makes sure to socialize all of her dogs at a young age to ensure that they are encouraging only the most positive traits. I have recommended Precious Gemsso many times and I am so gloomy have found them and to continue to support them. I carry her business cards around me at all times. Anytime someone compliments Finnegan, I am quick to recommend Precious Gems as a Chihuahua breeder.

Joy+Beck litter 

  I am so thankful that I found Treasa and Precious Gems! I had been wanting a Chihuahua for so long and finally was in the position to adopt. Even though Banjo was my first Chi and puppy ever, Treasa trusted that I would be a good mom to this special guy! Banjo is more wonderful then I could have ever hoped - sweet,fun,loving and sociable! The care and love Treasa and her family puts into their dogs and pups is so evident in these very special, well-adjusted little loves. Treasa was constantly responsive throughout the adoption process and has been a source of support, answering my questions and providing advice, after I brought him home. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

    If I could give Precious Gems a 10 star I would ! I lost my little Jack of 13 years and was devastated even though I knew it was coming. I didn’t think I would ever get another dog. He was my love and companion for so many years. In the meantime my girlfriend brought her two little dogs over and they just licked my face and warmed my heart and I knew that I had a lot of love yet to give another little dog. After months of trying to decide if it was the right decision or not I found Precious Gems. I spoke with Treasa at length and I loved the fact that she raised her puppies in a home environment. This meant actually living in her home, letting them sleep in her bed and giving them a nurturing loving start in life! She is also very cognizant of the food they eat. She feeds them healthy fresh vegetables for treats and organic food to make sure they have a healthy start in life . I fell in love with Mazie as soon as I saw her. And now I have her! She is loving,sweet,gentle,nurturing and such a peaceful gentle soul. The hardest part was waiting for her and Treasa was very patient with me. I bugged her constantly. I wanted her to keep sending me pictures and she did. I think the benefits of having a local small breeder is huge! She takes the time and energy to bring her puppies into a loving home and truly nurtured world. This makes a huge difference in their temperament and personality in my opinion. And the proof is in the pudding! Mazie is the most gentle little girl I’ve ever had. And we’re starting our new journey together. Treasa made the whole process very easy and she was very kind and patient; much the was she treats her pups! I have already recommended her to anybody who will listen.     Thank you Precious Gems AKC Chihuahuas for the beautiful puppy!  I reached out to Treasa Chandler when I was searching for a Chihuahua puppy to buy. I explained to her that I has recently bought a puppy off Craigslist that ended up having Parvo and died 3 days later . I told Treasa that I needed a fully vaccinated puppy. Treasa was willing to work with me and keep my puppy until fully vaccinated!  Treasa kept me updated weekly on my puppy’s growth with pictures, videos and little tidbits about her growing personality and answered any questions I had. At 18 weeks old I was finally able to bring my beautiful puppy (Lacey) hp,e to her forever home! I highly recommend Precious Gems AKC Chihuahuas to anyone looking for a Chihuahua!

Honey is so happy and loving. What a sweet girl. Then she becomes feisty, rough and tumble girl when she plays with her much older brother. Both my older chihuahuas are so happy to have her. 

I spent a lot of time selecting a great breeder. I think you do an exceptional job. 

I waited almost a year for this girl so my expectations were very high. She has exceeded every hope I had for her. You gave her multiple dog experiences so she has great dog skills and is happy to accept others. You did an excellent job socializing her so she loves everyone she meets. I also must say she is beautiful. I love to watch her sleep.

After losing my 15 year old chihuahua, I knew I wanted another. However didn’t want to rush into something until it felt right. Shortly after Bella’s passing, Precious Gems Chihuahuas popped Into my Facebook newsfeed. I searched the page a bit, then searched the website even longer. While my previous chihuahua wasn’t a long hair, she was tri color and that was my only requirement. It wasn’t long after completing an application that we got an email that Indie and Myles litter had a tri colored boy. 

Beast had been the perfect addition to our family. After getting settled in his first night, he quickly made our 100 pound Bernadoodle his best friend. He goes from sweet to sour, and acts so ferocious with our bigger dogs. He also had tendencies of my past chihuahua, which helped fill the void I felt when she passed. He’s the biggest cuddle buddy and just wants all the love and attention. 

Working with Treasa was a pleasure. She provided weekly updates with photos and videos from the time we made the choice to make him ours until picking him up . She helped with any questions I had along the way, and made me feel at ease with purchasing a puppy from someone I never personally met. I’m so thankful that I went with my gut feeling the first time her page showed on my feed and would recommend Precious Gems to anyone searching for a chihuahua in a heartbeat! 

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with PRECIOUS GEMS chihuahuas.  From even before my pup was born Treasa was helpful and informative.  She has health tested all her parents to ensure healthy pups and raises them in her home. Once the pups were born she helped me pick the one best suited for me.  I got weekly updates, pictures, and videos to watch her grow.  It was a wonderful experience. She was extremely accomodating when I picked Stella up.  My vet was extremely impressed with the health and condition of my new pup.  Treasa provided a month of free insurance and answers to any questions I had and still have. I personally did a lot of research before I chose who go get my puppy from.  I am so happy with my choice.  I couldn’t be happier with Stella and highly recommend PRECIOuS GEMS to anyone looking to make a chihuahua part of their family, my little Stella Rose is just perfect❤️
