Great information, recommendations and recipes
🦴Bone broth 🦴
All our dogs love bone broth and I find it to be healthy ! I actually will give this to my recovering moms after birth over there food 😋 I make this in a crockpot cooking on low for 2 to 3 days .
1 package of beef marrow bones
1 package of chicken feet
3 to 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
fill crockpot all the up with water
optional: you can add any chicken or beef just make sure it has lots of cartilage on them ! Carrots and green beans are a nice addition as well .
strain all bones out ,put in container ,let sit over night so it can jell up like jello . I use ice cube trays then freeze and put in freezer bags.
Healthy Meats, fruits and vegetables
I love using my dehydrator To make healthy, cheap treats and snacks. We do Buy store bought but they are more expensive and I don’t like the added preservatives!
Dehydrated chicken 😋 store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks .
Carrots are a nice healthy treat . Are chi’s get carrots pretty much daily. For teething puppies you can actually freeze a small carrot and give to them to chew on ,works great 😁
Bananas , I like to dehydrate mine . I make up a big batch then store in the refrigerator for the week .
Blueberries of course as they are my favorite ! I freeze mine and the dogs absolutely love them.
Highly recommend !
